LabCore Materials ("we", "us", "our") operates the website labcorematerials.com. We supply precision research consumables to laboratories worldwide.

  • Organisation / institution name
  • Purchase enquiry details
  • IP address and browser type (collected automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare)

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. The site uses a minimal session cookie only for language preference (lc_lang) and quote-drawer state (lc_rfq), stored locally in your browser.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, process your order, and send you order-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity — to fulfil an order or respond to a quote request.

Enquiry and order records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Website server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Product images are served from Cloudflare R2. Both are operated by Cloudflare, Inc. and subject to their privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking scripts.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
